As a couple or as a family, everyone enjoys this apartment located in a small residence near the sea. For peaceful nights during a weekend or a vacation stay, the rental includes a bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The open kitchen, very well equipped, opens directly onto the dining area. The decoration, recent and done with care, uses current furniture and soothing colors, on a parquet type coating. The sheltered balcony is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the sea air. Since they are often part of the family, small pets are allowed in this unit.


200 m to go and you have your feet in the sand! Direct access leads to the large beach of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Swimming, relaxation and nautical activities are on the program! Logement fonctionnel très bien équipé . Proche de la plage. Calme Accepte les petits chiens Mode d emploi du chauffage qui est verrouillé. Et sèche serviette programmé à la mauvaise heure. ( Immeuble quasi inoccupé en cette période et mauvais temps en tout début de séjour nous avions froid)

Appartement agreable et fonctionnel, il ne manque rien pour cuisiner , jeux de societe, balcon, decoration moderne et tres propre et calme Proche de l esplanade de st jean 2mn suffisent pour se balader . Ou prendre un bain de mer . On a passe un bon sejour

Bien adapté pour deux, spacieux. Canicule donc balcon très chaud l'après-midi. Très calme et bien situé. Manque quelques accessoires, surtout dans la cuisine.

Appartement pratique et moderne. Proche de toutes commodités, de l avenue de la mer, plage accessible à pieds. Restaurants non loin également. Place de parking très pratique, nous pouvions tout faire à pieds. L appartement est très bien équipé, les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout.
