I had a great experience at this hotel! The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

Charming hotel in a convenient location. Clean with good breakfast and polite staff: The double room did not have enough space for a large suitcase, this was the only downside to the stay. It will not prevent me from staying again at this lovely hotel.
