"What a lovely home to stay in! Alain is a great host. While not a typical hotel, there were honestly more amenities available than other places I've stayed. The hotel was easy to find and breakfast was fantastic. We even got a tour of all the technology he has built into his home!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Catarina. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Food is available in the evening by arrangement and was absolutely delicious. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
