"It is a beautiful typical "Landes" house, on a huge park, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The house is huge and very pleasant to live in. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the large, perfectly equipped kitchen area, equipments and games for children, the number of bicycles and the access to cycle paths."

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"This quiet, spacious gîte is located in the former stable of an old French manorhouse, between the corrals of a riding school and a huge lakeside park. "An excellent vacation place, close to the beach and the town, yet peacefully far from others. The other cabins are uninhabited around it so we were all alone. The owners are great, they made us feel welcome with little extras like the bikes and body boards to use, the coffee and soaps. The cabin is well done with nice materials and a good layout for everyone to be comfy. The AC was very nice on hot nights. Only thing I would warn about is that the loft beds are very high, so not for young kids....
