A flowered and enclosed courtyard (200 m²), an old renovated shed allowing outdoor dining and an accessible orchard make up a pleasant exterior.

On the ground floor, a corridor leads to an independent equipped kitchen and a living room with TV, bathroom and separate toilet.

On leaving Brioude, follow Espalem on the D88, then turn left about 5 km towards St Just Près-Brioude. Follow the direction Talairat, cross the village. At the exit, in a bend, a sign indicates Artiges. The house is at the end of the hamlet.
