"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude. "

"The location is perfect and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Internet access is very fluid. One small improvement could be made in re. the kitchen cleaning supplies/bathroom supplies, too limited for a stay longer than a week. But overall very pleasant stay. Thank you!"

"Lovely little cottage / apartment - all as described / pictures. Good size rooms etc. Good location for local buses and bike hire, boulangerie within 6 minutes walk. Lovely and very helpful hosts who were always quick to reply "

Les 2 fenêtres donnent sur une petite cour et surtout sur le toit d'un restaurant d'où l'on entend les pigeons et les 2 Pompes à chaleur, c'est extrêmement sale visuellement et bruyant. "Nous avons sejourné dans cette maison pendant 3 jours, nous étions 3 familles. Séjour compliqué... La maison était très sale à notre arrivée, intérieurement comme extérieurement. Une maison laissée à l abandon, avec de l électroménager HS, peu de vaisselle, des toilettes HS, des chambres sans lumière, des robinetteries usées à ne plus pouvoir les fermer, une odeur de moisissure... Même si la maison est bien placée par rapport au centre ville, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement."

"The hotel is centrally placed but in a pedestrianised area, so you arrive with your suitcases in tow down cobbled street. The hotel is situated where most of the restaurants and bars are only a few yards away. Plenty of places for a cheaper breakfast nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in this location."

"This hotel is about 15 mins from La Rochelle centre - The receptionist was very friendly and professional she spoke wonderful English and explained about the room and parking how to access barriers where to go to reach the town she was marvellous The hotel is on street level and has a lift The room was adequate for 2 adults and small dog - it was spotless and had all of the requirements for our stay including a well equipped kitchenette La Rochelle has a multitude of bars and restaurants all of which were dog friendly We took a boat trip to Fort Boyard which was great and dog went as well there are other trips if you want I recommend a thrip to Ile de Rae fantastic Island a short drive or sea bus from La Rochelle had lunch at the harbour at Ile Rae fabulous "
