"This villa is in a quiet corner of the village of Lavilledieu, yet is convenient for all the Ardeche has to offer. All the rooms are on one floor, and in particular include a large conservatory which opens fully into a small patio which is ideal for eating out. The hosts are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. In fact my son was lent a bike to explore part of the countryside at no cost! The pool is also very inviting."

Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto, die Landschaft und Umgebung kann man sehr gut zu fuss erkunden. Die Schlüsselübergaben erfolgten problemlos. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es keine Schwierigkeiten oder Probleme. Gerne würden wir dort noch einmal unseren urlaub verbringen."

"This old building has been converted to an attractive and comfortable gite, with excellent views from the garden. It's a long way up the hill so quite cool. Hard to find the right building as we did not have adequate directions. The giveaway is the owner's name on the cover for the electricity meter on the wall alongside the road. "The property was damp and not clean to sleep in with the children’s bed being covered in dust when weight was put onto it. Furniture in the bedroom was green with mold spores. We only stayed a night as we arrived late even though we had booked for four as the smell of damp was cloying and overwhelming and the accommodation frankly unihabitable. We reported it to Vrbo asking for a refund and no help was provided sadly so we lost £500 of accommodation fees and had a disrupted holiday having to find an alternative place to stay. A real shame as the pool photo looked great and we thought it would a restful stay however this turned out not to be the case . The photos and listing are misleading. "
