"The rental process was very smooth. The host met us and explained the space. Secure space with a key lock on the gate. Lovely inside, clean & well maintained. One bathroom on main level and second one on the upper floor. Bedrooms on upper floor. Access to upper floor via a narrow circular staircase. Was fine for us but not for those with mobility issues. Lovely garden space outside with a patio and table. Due to weather we did not enjoy it as much as we wanted. Note there is a pen with chickens...

"This is a lovely apartment very well situated in the city. It is on the third floor of the building, so a lot of steps, but there are great views from the windows across to the Cathedral. The apartment is very tastefully refurbished with everything you could want for a stay in this lovely city. Thank you Jerome for making us feel so welcome."

"Quaint little wooden gite in a peaceful village rural location. Great location for visiting WW1 memorials around The Somme region. Amiens is a beautiful city about 25 minutes away. We used as a base to visit Lille and Paris for the Olympic’s and both were about an hour and a half drive away. The host was constantly in touch for arrival and made us feel very welcome. "

We were there in late October and while there is heat, it is an older drafty house without modern windows etc and the thermostat limited to 19 C, which felt kind of chilly. I think it would be wonderful in summer. Kitchen was good except all the knives were very dull- hard to cut our baguette. The listing says there is a dryer and hot tub, but there is not. Only a washer and bathtub. The cleanliness was okay but once I discovered it was our job to clean...

"Months’ old dust, cobwebs, dirty floors, a toilet that smelt strongly of urine, a gas oven with no instructions that we couldn’t get to work, dirty floors - this house was upsetting to our group of 4. I will forward photos on my return home and would like a refund."

"Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette petite location situé dans un haras. Le jardin est très agréable, entouré d'une haute haie et de grands arbres. Il y a plusieurs prairies pour chevaux qui viennent vous saluer lorsque vous passer dans le chemin. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée et très agréable. Tranquillité absolue ! "Very nice rooms, I lucked out got a 6th floor room with a fantastic view. All amenities were good, across from train which was great. 13€ breakfast I shouldn't have got, only worth if one eats like a hog which I don't but meh. I'd stay there again for sure. Picardie museum was awesome, Amiens is a wonderful city."
