A comfortable place in Saint-Malo

The house is quite pleasant with a lot of equipment and a private garden on the ground floor, and nice welcome by Lysiane. The location is close to the most interesting areas in Saint-Malo, but also a quiet place to stay for holidays.

Très bon sejour

Le logement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux, la petite vue mer de la pièce est fort appréciable. L'appartement est situé en coin de rue mais le double vitrage est très bon et l'emplacement sur une place le rend silencieux la nuit. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Lysiane sont un plus, l'accès au jardin et à la table de ping ont été appréciés par les enfants.

Excellent séjour

Appartement confortable et propre, très bien équipé avec une literie de qualité. Idéalement situé dans la cité d'Alet, quartier plein de charme où commerces restaurants et promenades en bord de mer sont accessibles à pied. Malgré son absence pendant notre séjour Lysiane a fait en sorte que tout se passe bien. Nous reviendrons !

Een mooie plek om St Malo te verkennen.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Alles wat je nodig had, was aanwezig. De verhuurder was makkelijk bereikbaar en attent. Problemen, zoals het niet werken van de deur van de parkeerplaats, werden snel opgelost. Een mooie, rustige plek met een fijne tuin op loopafstand van het strand.

Week-end long de l’Ascension. Séjour en famille ( 2 adultes et une adolescente) L’appartement est en excellent état, bien équipé et bien decoré avec terrasse et jardin Il est situé dans un très beau quartier de Saint Malo ( cité Alet / tour Solidor) calme et agréable , avec un parking à l’intérieur du jardin. La propriétaire est charmante, à l’écoute et disponible. Elle habite dans un appartement voisin

Ce logement est très bien placé, proche de la citadelle de Saint Malo mais sans les contraintes (circulation, monde) donc emplacement calme, proche des plages et de belles balades à pied à faire. Le secteur de la tour Solidor est un incontournable.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in St. Malo

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar im schönen Vorort St. Servan. Toll ist der eigene Parkplatz und in der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden und sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ist auf jeden Fall ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

très bon sejour

Emplacement superbe , à 2min de la tour Solidor et de la baie. Parfait pour des ballades ou pour la pêche sur la jetée dans un cadre magnifique. Logement spacieux, calme, propre et bien équipé. Mobilier un peu désuet mais c'est accessoire. Facilités de stationnement. La météo maussade ne nous a pas incité à profiter du jardin (commun) mais c'est un vrai plus.

Wunderbare Aussicht direkt auf den alten Turm und das Wasser. Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Lysiane ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Auto und Fahrräder.
