"Worst experience ever. Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Spiderwebs, dust and uncleaned conditions. Totally not Corona-proof. Booked two nights but left immediately after the first night. They refused a refund while they did not keep their property clean and safe. Stay away!!!"

"The location is good however the place is in very poor condition. Everything is very old and run down. The selection for breakfast is poor. Our stay was way over priced for what we got. They don’t clean the rooms or leave any cleaning products. They don’t give you pool towels. The common areas are old and dirty. Overall is is very expensive for what you get."

"A glorified caravan - the pictures are misleading, since although they technically show the apartment, they were taken some time ago and make the proportions of the apartment look about 4 times their actual size. This is a very DIY option - beds have to be made yourself, nothing is provided, like salt, pepper, tea. If this is what you were expecting then I’m sure you’d be delighted, but I had been sucked in by the photos and so was very disappointed. "

If you are looking to splurge a bit in Capbreton, it is definitely worth it. "The bathrooms and all public toilets were really unclean and smelly. Everything else was good. The food on our last evening however must have been out for several days as the bread was rockhard and the salads were dry- maybe had been out at lunchtime then put out again. No need for rubbish bread in France!!"
