"The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. "Great reception desk, friendly, helpful, bilingual. Attic room very comfortable, clean, modern though only skylight ( shame in this most picturesque of cities). Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel.
