"Weekend en famille. Lieu très agréable, avec un environnement dans la nature. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactif à la moindre sollicitation. Le logement est très sympathique avec une grand cheminée pour faire un petit feu. Seul bémol : le réseau qui est très faible, voir inexistant pour certains opérateurs mais cela permet de couper 😀. "A beautiful location with spectacular views. A few additions like a tea towel, some hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice. We found it very difficult to find so a sign on the property could be helpful. Very friendly owner. "

Fantastic property for kids and local activities/villages

"This property was amazing for our children, offering plenty of entertainment, including pétanque, pinball machine, trampoline, swings, playhouse, basketball, swimming pool and table tennis. The children were in their element. The view was incredible and the location perfect for days out and popping to the boulangerie in Meyssac, which was lovely. Collonges la Rouge was such a gorgeous village and only 10minutes away. The only reason we have marked this down is due to the black mould encountered in one of the bedrooms. This was a problem for us with several family members suffering with respiratory concerns. We did let Jerome and Samuel know and they dealt with it promptly. The house was otherwise very clean. Another point of note is that there are only 2 toilets despite the 3 bathrooms. One toilet upstairs separate to the shower rooms and the other under the stairs downstairs. In our view another one is needed when you are catering to large groups as taller members (6’5”) of our group couldn’t use the one downstairs. "

"A lovely, rustic gite, clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Nicely isolated but only 10 minutes from Argentat-sur-Dordogne, with its shops and bars. The private pool was excellent and the patio was a lovely space to relax in the warm evenings."
