"Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). Bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. Good wardrobe space. We made use of the pool but never got round to using the hot tub. Great place for a relaxing stay with friends. Sandrine is welcoming but doesn’t speak any English so brush up on your French! Good location and plenty to see in the area"

"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must.
