"Amazing house, awesome surrounding with pool, lounge etc. And the host Lorraine is very friendly and accurate!! We will stay again!"

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"We liked everything about the property... it was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. Location was good too. Really appreciated the blackout blinds. Slight downside was that the neighbour began a major renovation project outside, with large and heavy machinery every day, but this is obviously out of the control of the host. We loved our stay and will return!"

"The place was clean, organised with all the essential kitchen and cleaning equipment. The property has off road parking which is essential on busy days. The property has a small shaded seating area and BBQ, which is great. The property owner can be easily be contacted with any questions and always responded quickly."

"Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."

"A wonderful huge property, extremely well equipped including a pool table. The house manager met us (as arranged) and guided up through the facilities of the house. The village of Margon does not have any shops though there are lots at both Pouxelles and Roujon each just 2km away. Margon does have an excellent restaurant. It is also perfectly placed to enjoy lakes and mountains and the coast. Finaly it is only a short drive to the medeival cities of Beziers and Carcassonne."

"The property was everything we wanted and more. There was 8 of us in all, ages from 8 to 73 and we all loved it. The property was incredible, plenty of room for everyone. Having a pool and an area for games and outside dining made the holiday a really happy family affair. The town of Lespignan is delightful and we were able to visit the boulangerie for croissants and bread in the mornings and also the local wine direct from the winery at very reasonable prices, you can take your own bottle....

"This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."
