"Warm welcome from Estelle with helpful guidance for local points of interest and restaurants. Shower was very good with hot water operating without any wait time. Breakfast was all of good quality, home made approach with apples pick from her tree each morning, and cooked eggs from her free range hens were offered. Very nice secure countryside house."

(I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. "Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. "Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"
