little house on the colline,swimming pool and petanque court

The little house on the mountain, is ideally located at 10 min walk from the shops. It overlooks the village. The land, 8000 m² is enclosed, spacious. Beautifully landscaped. A playground for the little ones, but also for the older ones a shaded petanque court for good times with friends or family. The swimming pool is just in front of the house, it is heated and secured by a roller shutter 6 m*3.50 m the water line is 1.50 m. The living area is 60 m², we enter directly into the air-conditioned living room, dining room, equipped kitchen.
On the night side, there are two bedrooms:
A first air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 cm beds.
A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and air conditioning. The windows of the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets for more comfort. A shower room with toilet.
Villa classified 3 stars in furnished tourism and labelled 3 keys by clévacances.
A deposit of 1500 € will be required as well as a certificate of extension of holiday (home insurance). Bed linen and towels are not included in the stay. Possibility to rent it.
