Séjour agréable

Très bonne situation sur l'île, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Coin terrasse agréable pour les repas, maison bien agencee pour se sentir comme à la maison.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très bien située, et nous a paru plus grande que sur les photos avec son espace extérieur charmant. Suzon a été particulièrement accueillante. Nous recommandons à 100% !

Fabuleuses vacances sur l'île d'Oléron

Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour passer un moment très agréable sur l'île d'Oléron : parfaitement située près de la Cotinière et de ses commerces, à distance très raisonnable des magnifiques plages (y compris en vélo), calme et très bien équipée. Notre hôte était parfaite : un accueil chaleureux, de très bons conseils et une écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.

Oase in Strandnähe

Wir haben ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus vorgefunden in zentraler und doch zurückgezogener Lage mit liebevoller und überlegter Ausstattung. Frau Suchetet war immer direkt erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Strände und Einkäufe sind sehr gut erreichbar. Es lohnt sich, ein Fahhrad mitzubringen oder vor Ort zu mieten. Wir haben uns zu sechst sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette jolie maison, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants entre 2 et 6 ans, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, c'est spacieux, il y a plein de rangements, le jardin est charmant. Suzanne est adorable. Lieu un peu central pour les diverses visites à faire sur l'île. Nous avons pris des vélos pour la semaine et c'était l'idéal.

Gîte très cosy et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé 14 jours merveilleux dans cette maison de vacances joliment meublée. L'équipement de la cuisine est énorme. Nous ne manquions de rien. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge se trouvaient dans une pièce séparée. Les lits sont équipés de très bons matelas. Nous étions quatre; c'est faisable pour six personnes. La patronne est très gentille et toujours de bonne humeur.

Petite maison très agréable très bien située.

Maison agréable à vivre, bien pensée. Petit jardin plaisant. 1 terrasse pour la détente et 1 autre bien abritée pour les repas. Rien à redire, tout est parfait et en plus on peut tout faire à pied (courses et balades le long de la mer). Hôtesse charmante, à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement location.

Dès les premiers contacts par mail, le courant est bien passé. Une propriétaire sympathique, compréhensive. Le top! Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et le contact exemplaire, ainsi que les petits cadeaux d'accueil; maison très mignonne, bien au calme, bien équipée. Adorable maison, fidèle à l'annonce et même plus encore !

Quelle belle surprise en passant la porte de cette adorable maison ! On s'y sent chez soi. Arrangée avec goût, pratique, très bien équipée tout y est. Le jardin est un espace bucolique où l'on se prélasse sans vis à vis, un vrai petit cocon ! La maison est spacieuse idéalement placée et au calme total. La mer à 100 mètres et le plein centre de la Cotinière à quelques minutes à pieds. L'accueil de la propriétaire à été des plus agréable avec de très gentilles attentions pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Discrétion assurée tout en étant très disponible si besoin. Possibilité de rentrer sa voiture à l'avant de la maison, avec portail. Nous avons été totalement conquis par le bien être que dégage cette maison et même bien au delà de ce que nous pouvions imaginer sur l'annonce. Seule déception pour nous, devoir repartir ! Nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons sur cette île magique et si possible dans ce petit havre de paix que nous avons trouvé lors de notre séjour dans cette maison. Un bonheur parfait !

Super séjour!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison au mois d'Aout et nous en avons été enchantés. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle, le jardin est très agréable et le centre de la Cotinière est accessible à pied. La propriétaire est vraiment accueillante et serviable et s'est adaptée à notre heure d'arrivée tardive avec gentillesse. Très bon séjour!

Calme et bien situé

Maison idéalement située. On peut aller à pied à la plage et au bourg/port de la Cotinière. L'agencement de la maison est très bien ainsi que l'équipement notamment pour les enfants. Terrasse couverte bien pratique. Propriétaire sympathique et attentionnée. Bref un très bon rapport qualité-prix, nous recommandons.
