Stunning, detached holiday home on a hill

This detached house is located in Saint-Pierre-de-Colombier in Ardèche. There are two bedrooms, which can accommodate 4 people. The house is beautifully situated and offers breathtaking views from the terrace and is ideal for families. This detached house is built against a hill, in a beautiful location. The property is 2 km from St. Pierre-de-Colombier, it is known for the wasteland, vast forests, rivers and beautiful mountains. A visit to the High Falls of Ray-Pic (16 km) is worthy. South of Aubenas are the medieval towns of Vogüé (30km), Largentière (30km), Balazuc (35km), Ruoms (35km) Restaurants are located 8 km away. The house is fully equipped. In the living area, there is a heating facility in the living area with TV. There is a kitchen with oven and dishwasher. There is also a terrace where you can barbecue along with your family.

Great place, nice house.
And lovely onwers who did not disturbt. Nice to have different places to stay during the day. Unfortunately the parasol/sun shade utilities were broken or not there at all. There was enough room around to mitigate, but it would have been great if the stuff was in order. Nevertheless, if you don't mind steep narow roads (with almost no traffic) and love quiteness, then this is a great place. Feed the fox; I saw on my wildcam an tiny fox around the house. It looked hungry. Watch for the snake eagle too :-) Enjoy the view!

Der Aufgenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus war sehr gut geeignet für uns als Ehepaar, es wäre auch ein Zimmer für zwei Kinder vorhanden. Der Garten ist gut geplegt und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Man kann super wandern!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison en pierre située au calme en flanc de colline sur les hauteurs du village de St Pierre en Colombier. L 'aménagement extérieur est parfait l intérieur simple (mobilier vieillissant) mais tout est très fonctionnel pour un séjour paisible au calme à la campagne.

Na ons telefonisch gemeld te hebben werden we hartelijk ontvangen en door de eigenaresse naar het huis gebracht. Ze heeft ons rond geleid en uitgelegd hoe alles werkt. Op de site van Belvilla was het niet mogelijk om bedlinnen te reserveren, maar gelukkig konden we dat ter plaatse regelen. Dit is wel een aandachtspuntje voor Belvilla. De accommodatie was prima en de rust, de privacy en het uitzicht zijn zonder meer ongekend. In de omgeving was het mogelijk mooie wandeltochten te maken. Het kost even wat moeite om de mogelijkheden te ontdekken maar dan is het ook zeer de moeite waard.

De aankomst en ontvangst was prettig, alleen jammer dat de verhuurder geen Engels sprak. Het huis was opgeruimd en zag er erg schoon uit. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Het was wel jammer dat enkele buitenstoelen, de bank in de kamer en het matras niet best meer waren. Dus duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Het huis staat op een pracht locatie, rust en ruimte, we hebben ervan genoten. Een mooie omgeving.

Uniek vakantiehuis met erg veel privacy. Je hebt daar heerlijk het rijk alleen. Geweldig uitzicht, vooral als je even de moeite neemt om de steile tuin te beklimmen. Dat kost een paar minuutjes, maar levert echt wat op! Het huis is heel gezellig, van alle gemakken voorzien (fijne keuken) en degelijk. Iets kleiner dan we verwacht hadden, maar voor ons tweeën meer dan genoeg. Tuin biedt meerdere plekken waar je kan zitten en/of eten. Zeer vriendelijke huiseigenaresse. Heel klein minpuntje is de Route National die beneden in het dal loopt en meer te horen is, dan je zou verwachten (vooral motoren maken herrie). Maar gelukkig is het 's avonds stil en weegt dit minpuntje ruimschoots op tegen alle positieve punten. De toegangsweg is inderdaad smal, maar te doen. In 14 dagen zijn we 1x een tegenligger tegengekomen. Dat is wel even zweten. (Let op de stenen muurtjes aan de kant van de weg! Wij zagen het helaas te laat, wat een kras op het spatbord opleverde). De omgeving is schitterend. We hebben veel mooie dorpjes bezocht en de natuur is soms adembenemend. Kortom dit huis is echt een aanrader!

Die Adressangabe ist etwas schwierig zu finden, da ohne Nummern die Vermieter + Objekt nur mit etwas suchen zu finden sind. Wichtig ist den Vermieter vorher telefonisch über die Ankunftszeit zu informieren. Was jedoch bei kaum Englischkenntnissen nicht ganz einfach ist, aber man wird trotzdem herzlich empfangen und ein Urlaub hier mit Kinder ist mehr als zuempfehlen. Natürlich steht die Natur und die Ruhe zwecks Erholung im Vordergrund. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben und Familien mit max. 2 Kindern haben hier einen schönen Urlaub.
