"The key code to check-in was incorrect. It took approx 3 hrs for the manager to respond to a call for help. The wireless password was also given incorrectly but we managed ourselves to sort this out. The property was much less clean than we would have desired and lots of minor issues such as broken lights were apparent. The outside seating was broken, filthy and unusable. "Sejour très reposant, cadre seule verdure , animaux. Le logements est moyens. Literie a revoir impérativement vieux . Éclairage salle de bains en haut inexistant. Propreté dans sont jus de campagne pas très gênant vu le contexte. En revanche aucune porte ne ferme surtout les toilettes. Le personnel en revanche est vraiment accueillant et sympathiques. "

The location is so peaceful and perfect to retreat to at the end of a lovely day in either Brittany or Normandy. The beaches of Brittany are a drive away but well worth the effort and there are many local historic towns to visit too. "Le logement est très propre mais le lit est tres mauvais, les oreillers,durs et epais comme des matelas.et ce que l annonce ne dit pas, c est qu'il s agit d un lit de 120 cm de large. Ajoutez à cela une odeur d humidité et vous aurez droit à une nuit bien pourrie..."

"The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. But overall the experience was pleasant. This hotel is the "smaller" attached hotel to the sister property "Le Perier du Bignon", it is less fancy and you enter with a code at the door and drop the room key in a basket when you leave. I picked this hotel because i stayed at the sister property and could use a slightly less pricey accommodation. I chose this hotel because Laval can be complicated for parking in the center of the city. Will stay there again. "
