"My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!"

"We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. "The location of Citadine Les Halles was fantastic. Both RER and metro links at Chatelet which is within 20m walking distance to the accommodation and there are lots of dining options around. The apartment itself was functional and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was that the rooms were not cleaned nor fresh towels or replenished sundry items during our 3 night stay. "

"No wifi on my first day which was very terrible. They lied about a technician working on it on the first day. Also cigarettes smoke smells kept coming in the room when I needed the windows open. Good location though. The chicken wings downstairs were so good and it’s an 8 minute walk from the train, with other metro options nearby. It’s a very good location for basic needs like food, and toiletries. Their staff are really nice "

"This place was a GREAT find! After some confusion on the check in process (my fault, I didn't read all the details), everything was perfect. First off, there's an onsite rep and they were great in helping us get into the apt. The space was awesome and with 6 people traveling we still had space to not crowd each other. "It ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. We loved the fact that we could help ourselves to proper tea - loose tea leaves of all flavours - and coffee in the self-service section and they had some cake slices too, so after a day out it was great to relax. We loved the room layout. The loo was in a separate room, which was far nicer and it meant that we weren't in each others way. The shower was visible, but as we are a couple that wasn't an issue. The rooms are not big, but they have everything in them that you need. they are well designed. We needed to be near the train station, so it was ideal. We will definitely be going back."
