Just 25 minutes from Rouen, it offers easy access to the Normandy coast in 1 hour and to Paris in 1 hour 20. Spacious and bright, this house is ideal for family vacations, reunions with friends, or a professional stay. We await you for unforgettable moments, combining authenticity, proximity and conviviality.

• Bedroom 2 (Dark Blue): 1 double bed (140cm).
• Bedroom 3 (Light blue): 2 single beds (80cm).
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryer.

(Ground floor) LIVING ROOMS:

• Living room with marble fireplace (not usable).
• Dining room that can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

Thank you for a lovely time in your beautiful house. It was just perfect for us. We loved the decor, the house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. And the garden was perfect for our dog to run around in. We hope to come back again one day 😊

Très belle maison, propre, spacieuse, conforme à l’annonce, joliment décorée, magasins de proximité 5 minutes à pied. Baptiste est facilement accessible. Maison facile à vivre pour toute la famille.
