Located on the famous Corniche d'Or and recently renovated with refinement, this air-conditioned residence is a true peaceful retreat. Just a few steps from the sea, only 200 meters from the sandy beach of Anthéor and 500 meters from the first cove, this villa offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean, with its yachts and cruise ships.

With six parking spaces, an electric car charging station, and a basement equipped with fitness equipment and a ping-pong table, everything is designed for your comfort. Each of the six air-conditioned bedrooms has its own shower room, storage space, and television. The Master Suite, located on the second floor, includes a dressing room with a children's room, a shower room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Two other bedrooms also have private terraces with sea views. The spacious living room offers panoramic views of the sea thanks to a large window that opens onto a terrace facing the heated pool.

Independent of the villa and unrelated to our agency, an 18-meter boat is available for rent, with a captain depending on the season. Two Yamaha underwater scooters and two paddleboards are also at your disposal.

A dedicated WhatsApp group is created upon your reservation to facilitate your stay. The villa manager and you will participate in it for quick and efficient communication before and during your stay.

Upon your arrival, one or more agents will welcome you and conduct a digital inventory, which will be posted in the WhatsApp group dedicated to your rental.

If no damage is found, the deposit will be automatically released by the booking platform according to their terms and conditions. Please note that we do not have access to this deposit and do not handle any financial transactions.

In case of damage found upon your departure, the photos posted in the WhatsApp group upon your arrival will serve as proof, to avoid misunderstandings or disputes between the parties involved.

According to the law, the tenant can replace damaged items with identical ones before departure, or find an amicable solution with the owner. Otherwise, the deposit will be blocked until the owner has commissioned a company and obtained an estimate from them.

Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with the possibility of arriving earlier upon request. Check-out is scheduled between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, with the possibility of leaving later upon request. Outside office hours, a travel fee of €50 will be requested in cash upon arrival or departure.

Cleaning is included, but we ask you to empty the dishwasher and trash bins before departure, and to clean the barbecue after each use.

The pool is currently not equipped with lighting. The Wi-Fi is ADSL. The provided linen includes one bath towel and one hand towel per person, as well as bed linen for all bedrooms. Replacement during the stay is not planned, but can be arranged for an additional fee, provided the request is made in advance. Additionally, we offer pool towels for rent at €6 per person per week.

In the interest of transparency, we specify that the villa belongs to SCI "Le Paradis des Fanelli" and that we are responsible for its marketing on behalf of the owner/legal representative through a rental mandate. Our offices are in Agay, not far from the villa.

We are not managers and do not handle financial transactions: funds received by VRBO, Expedia, or others are directly transferred to the owner's account 4 to 7 days after the tenant's arrival.
