This was SUCH a nice stay. We were here for 4 days for my husband’s 40th birthday. We arrived extremely late but the front desk could not have been more gracious getting us checked in. It was an incredibly smooth process, and the gentleman working the desk was delightful. Our room was absolutely perfect - heated floors in the bathroom, the shower and soaking tub of my dreams, a mattress that was incredibly comfortable (which is so often not the case in hotels) and just beautiful, tasteful, elegant decor in a lovely, historic building. There were also amazing, thoughtful touches like comfortable robes for our use. The location was also absolutely perfect - right outside Le Petite Champlain and at the foot of the ramparts. It could not have been more walkable, and the location also provided for easy parking, despite seasonal construction, and was far enough away from the busiest part of the city that it was quiet and easy to sleep at night. Checkout was smooth and easy and, again, all staff was pleasant, friendly, and very competent. Cannot say enough positive things about this hotel - from location to the physical room, it was everything we hoped for and more.

Great Property. Great location. Near to restaurants, grocery shopping and University of Laval. Highly recommend!
