"Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"France was really helpful prior to and on arrival. Bed superbly comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lovely Buddha garden was perfect and dog safe. You do need to speak French to communicate easily. "

"Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. "This apartment turned out to be ideal for me. The tram line was a 10-minute walk, and a LeClerc supermarket about a 6-minute walk. It isn't very close to any of the area attractions, but that means it was very quiet and peaceful, especially out in the beautiful garden! Everything is accessible by bus or tram, however. "We had a great week and this house, it’s a fantastic property well equipped for 3 families with 7 children all under the age of 13. The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. Revisiting hotel and Bordeaux

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. You will find Mc Donald’s , Lindt and Starbucks on the way. If you need parking you need to pop into hotel to get the code and directions. When you park in the resid spots you will find a lift to take you up to reception. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and have everything to cook and be comfortable. This time we were on the ground floor and layout was different. Previously we were high up and had the most wonderful view of river and bridge. But we asked for this well in advance. Usually shops in the centre are shut on a Sunday. But special circumstances of Xmas meant they were open. So much choice and a lovely city to visit. Xmas market was huge and so we ended up going back to hotel and ordering a Uber eats as exhausted. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
