"There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. "AMAZING! We decided to evacuate from orlando during hurricane milton. This property far exceeded my expectations. It is now my kids favorite "vacation" spot. The host is INCREDIBLE!! I will forever be grateful for their kindness. "I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. It had a mini fridge, stocked with water, coffee maker, with coffee provided, and some snacks. The bathroom was nice, with nice towels, even a dark cloth for make-up.
