"Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. "Charming swiss chateau style hotel, nestled in the woods of the Mantiqueira mountain range, clean and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Campos do Jordao city center, and yet vey close. Staff was super friendly and polite, going above and beyond to serve well and make us feel welcome and at home. Excellent dining options within the premises of this beautiful property. Paradise for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers"
