The superb villa has a surface area of about 200 m² and is situated on a 1,300 m² plot of land with beautiful green spaces and in a quiet location. Only a few minutes away from the 'Place des Lices' (1.6 km)

The villa offers luxury services in a quiet, very popular environment with quick access to the center and the beaches (Tahiti and Salins)

The air-conditioned property offers all the comforts for holidays with family or friends wishing to enjoy the Tropézienne life while relaxing by the pool.
It is composed of a large living area opening to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is independent in an outdoor bungalow. Each room has its own shower room, WC and TV.
It has a beautiful swimming pool, and all the necessary to enjoy the outside, as well as shaded areas inviting to relaxation and idleness.

There are 5 parking spaces inside.

Amazing villa at the heart of st tropez
I cannot begin to describe how amazing this villa and stay was. First of all, the villa was exactly like the photos and more. It was super close to town and cost <$15 to get to town via ubers/taxis (which are super convenient).

Beautiful Contemporary villa
The villa is beautifully decorated with lots of art pieces. Furnishings are all of a very high quality. It is very well equipped with everything you could need even down to a large ice maker. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Lovely pool and outdoor dinning. Owner very helpful before and during stay. A 5 star experience, we will definitely be back.
