Nice rooms, very helpful staff and great location

The hotel was in a fabulous area walkable to all the events, especially the carnival. Shopping areas lots of restaurants all the transportation you would need the hotel had a breakfast available either a shorter or full version which was reasonable.. room was comfortable. Shower was good and I had a room with a water view so it was very nice. The hotel does not have a lobby, just a vestibule, which can get very uncomfortable at check out, especially with large groups. There’s only one elevator, which is very small and twice it was broken in the 10 days that I stayed there, but they did fix it within a reasonable time. They do not give you water. There is a water dispenser in the hallway and the only thing you really have to put it in is your coffee pot so that can get uncomfortable but I know it does save on the environment.
