"Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. It has a full kitchen and space that would meet your needs. Our host were fantastic, Mireille and Raphael were awesome host. I highly recommend staying at their place"

"Lovely little cottage in a peaceful location in Métabief area. Host was very communicative leading up to our arrival and made us feel welcome. Cleaning was arranged prior to arrival and they kindly gave us access to everything at the property. Great base for visiting Jura region and lakes north of Lake Geneva. Lake Neuchâtel is about an hour away and we visited Chamonix which was about 2 1/2 hours away."

This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? "Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. Very safe large car park.. Convenient for access from Motorway.. fast foid restaurants and supermarket bearby."

"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. Breakfast was included and was good. Lots of flies in ground floor communal areas. "

Smoky.

This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner didn’t turn on (maybe too early) so it was sit in a hot stuffy smoky room or let in the smoke with the fresh air all night. In the morning the shower was nice and the staff at the restaurant were kind. "
