If yiu want quiet, then this is not the best place as being walking distance from everything, there is a lit of foot traffic with boisterous drunks at night. "Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. A bit of a mess!

"This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"
