In the description of the property it says ( only at the end the last sentence) : 4 km away from the beach. The adress ( a street 4 kilometers long) is misleading."

"A very friendly and helpful host who set us up andade us feel very welcome. The house itself is well set up and is a great space for a family. It's a town house and faces a fairly busy road, but it's close to the seafront and we weren't aware of passing traffic once inside. It was a very rainy week so we didn't use the courtyard much but it look like a pleasant space for outdoor eating. Altogether a great town house over several floors."

"This is a small, but lovely property, right in the centre of Etretat, but not on a main road. There was parking available in the courtyard and there is a pretty garden. Two bikes were available for us to use too. Francoise was very prompt at arriving, was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a visit to Etretat."

"Very nice manager ( we communicated only on WhatsApp ) ,a closed big garden given a lot of privacy- which was super important for us as we had dogs ) . The only exception is cleanning - appartment needs to be properly clean, the lamps, walls, corners etc. are dirty. Otherwise - we were very happy to stay there, especially as dogs owners. "

"From the moment we rolled up to this magical home we knew we had chosen wisely. As described, it really is the only home around and the natural setting is just stunning. We spent time bird watching, star gazing, breathing the fresh air. We took advantage of our proximity to the singular Cliffs of Etretat by easily walking to the sea to watch sunsets. We used the nearby footpath into town to avoid parking hassles. Etretat was full of great spots to eat, as well as shops and other attractions like...

"Plenty of room, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Overall the properties decoration was a little tired but did not detract from the comfort. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, my mum did find dust in the cupboard in her room but I think most people don't use the cupboards. Overall a beautiful property at a very reasonable price, literally 5 minutes walk from a little beach. If your after a peaceful get away it's perfect."
