"It was a birthday weekend between friends we have enjoyed it but the room service was surprisingly slow! We also didn’t like the menu options at both restaurants the food wasn’t great either. It was a good stay overall but I find the place is a little overrated for the price it costs "

"The jacuzzi had vomit in it and i was extremely disappointed. Front desk isnt available 24hours, vending machine is old, The remote needed batteries so i didnt get to watch tv. The room wasnt cleaned during our stay, but If you need a place to just rest your head then this location would be awesome, but if you're looking to enjoy Hotel or the space, this would not be First Choice. Having said that it wasn't completely terrible. It was just OKay"

"Outstanding hotel. I almost don’t want to leave a great review so it remains a hidden gem! Gorgeous spot in the Laurentides, with the main building having been painstakingly restored and decorated over the course of 4 years. We stayed in the newer second building (a 1940s building fully renovated last year.) Our room was spacious, and fully kitted out with top in-floor heating in the fully tiled bathroom, and state of the art heating/cooling/drying system in the room. Bed was comfortable....
