"The property near Dolus in D’Oleron is atypical for the area . It is a ranch style with loads of space, and different areas both inside and in the garden to enjoy. We had 12 people in the property for part of our stay and did not feel cramped. Arnaud was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning useful at times. Altogether a very charming place to stay - we hope to return in future!"

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful holiday home - spacious, well equipped, peaceful and excellent location near the village and beach alike. Added bonus of a pool with plenty of room around it and space to park the car and bikes. It was a fabulous place to relax and refresh. We have been to La Flotte on numerous occasions and this is the best place we have stayed in. Owner very friendly and helpful from booking all through to departure."

"Au calme car à l'écart des rues principales très roulantes, nous avons passé 1 semaine d'excellentes vacances dans cette petite maison bien entretenue. Comme le terrain est entièrement clos, ce fut impeccable pour notre chien. Très sympathiquement le propriétaire nous avait décalé la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. "Great location for family to unwind together with short walk to the beach and wooded area which was great for dog walks. Property was a good size for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Could do with a bit of TLC, few items were broken or unserviceable, ie sunlounges, pool table (warped), radiator not working. Lighting was hard to read by, but cosy. Not as clean as we would expect, Sheets had a stain on one bed and parts of the garden required attention. A warning about mosquitos would be useful, not sure if...

"Sabrina’s villa was truly fantastic! We stay in villas every year in France and this was the best by far! The outside space was beautiful and my mum is disabled but the accommodation made her feel confident and comfortable.
