Beautiful apartment on the ground floor with an area of 45m2 (find the apartment on www. vacances83.com) superb view of the Massif des Maures, fully repainted with new furniture, unlimited internet connection, air conditioning in 2 rooms, private parking space, swimming pool in the residence..Bref comfort guaranteed!

The apartment is located in a luxury residence on the ground floor, it consists of 2 rooms, the main room consists of a fitted kitchen with views of the terrace, an indoor dining area (a table with 4 chairs) a sitting area including a new sofa bed, large flat screen TV, DVD, unlimited internet box. The open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, microwave) offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the best conditions. room overlooks a large terrace of 12 m2 including an electric barbecue, a table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, and a parasol, it even overlooks a large garden without opposite of 43m2. The exterior offers an idyllic view of the mountains, it offers a permanent sunshine thanks to its south-facing situation. Inside given this orientation, is very bright, and allows to have this same view.
The 11 m2 bedroom also gives direct access to the garden and enjoys the same sunshine. This one contains a large 160cm bed, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. A bathroom containing sink, heated towels, hair dryer, shower and toilet is in front of the room. A dressing room is also at your disposal as well as a washing machine.
Its exhibition allows to contemplate the sight which is the strong point of this hiring: splendid sight on the solid mass of the Moors; A curtain is available on the right to cover it from the sun or wind. The garden is ideal when you have a small dog or children. Its southern exposure will allow to have sun from morning to evening, which also allows to have a lot of light in the apartment. . The apartment offers as previously written air conditioning in both rooms, and for the more cautious there is a ceiling fan in the main room. A parking space is reserved for the apartment. THE RESIDENCE

residence 'Maxime Park', year of construction 2005. The city center and the beaches of the city center are 1.8km walk from the apartment, 2km by car. The rental is located 2.7km from the beaches of Nartelle. The residence is on an elevated slope from where this magnificent view of the hill opposite.

In common, a swimming pool (6x12m, depth 80-160cm from May 15th to September 30th). A children's pool is located near the pool, as well as outdoor showers.

A Botanic store (organic product), a wine cellar (Nicolas), a bakery (Maitre Julien) is located less than 300 meters from the residence. The Carrefour shopping center is 800 meters away, as are many other shops.

Nearby is Aqualand (700 meters) and a tree climbing park (850 meters). The Gaumont cinema complex is 40 meters from the residence.

residence is completely closed on 7 ha, and has 2 electric gates. Many parking places 'visitors' are available throughout the area.

The residence is not very suitable for people with reduced mobility (hill), the car is recommended.

A stop of the mini-bus of Sainte-Maxime is below the residence and can take you to the city center or the beach of Nartelle (1 € the day in summer). Regular stops daily.

Sainte Maxime

Charming seaside resort of the Côte d'Azur Varoise, located between Toulon and Nice, facing Saint-Tropez (14km), and 23km from Saint-Raphael 33km from Draguignan.

Composed of more than 13,000 inhabitants, Sainte Maxime is more than 10km of seaside. Shuttle boats take you to Saint-Tropez, or offer sea trips, or visits to islands in the region.

The village offers several markets (food, forest, night), daily entertainment evening in season, several small shopping centers, a botanical garden, a museum, a casino, disco, bar, restaurant, shop, several points of view and especially 6 km of sandy beach, and 2 rocky beaches, also some creeks for swimming, or diving. Beaches can be private for some, but also public (a dozen beaches). Thanks to its distinction 'Blue Flag' the beaches are really clean.

The village has its own marina, dive school, sailing, and water skiing, fishing at sea. Tennis courts are nearby (600 meters), 2 golf courses 18 holes (one to 3 km each 6 km).

Very many free or paying car parks adorn the village. Some walks are for lovers of hiking and many pedestrian paths. Possibility to rent bicycles and mountain bike (bike path at the bottom of the residence).

A small train awards the strongest points of Sainte-Maxime. Playground for children, and amusement parks within 10 km).

A pretty village, combining history, sea, land, ideally located close to all tourist attraction.

Super appartement avec vue sur la montagne des Maures. Très propre, excellente literie et très bien organisé pour qui veut cuisiner. Très bel accueil de Ludovic qui sait répondre sans tarder à nos demandes. Petits plus: eau, jus, chocolat, confitures sans oublier la bouteille de vin. Même sans voiture se fut un séjour très agréable pour visiter les alentours et faire de belles randonnées. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Diane Gaspé Québec

Super séjour à Sainte Maxime
Super séjour dans cet appartement avec un hôte très disponible et qui donne plein de conseils pour y passer de belles vacances. Un petit package de produits locaux vous attends à votre arrivée et c’est une attention qui nous a touché surtout après une longue route. L’appartement est très propre avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. L’équipement du logement est très complet, tout confort ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement par sa qualité!

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cet appartement coquet et très propre (neuf), bien agencé, il ne manque rien, du wifi, climatisation, Canapé super confortable, mobilier bon, extérieur fort agréable, cuisine équipée. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Belle vue très dégagée sur un massif, tout à proximité.Totalement conforme au descriptif. Propriétaire bien sympa et arrangeant. Mon mari et moi-même le recommandons vivement.

Wunderbarer Urlaub an der Cote d'Azur
Wir haben das Apartment gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden, zudem erhielten wir als Willkommengruß einen Obstkorb, eine Flasche Wein etc, worüber wir uns nach unserer langen Reise sehr gefreut haben! Dank Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer haben wir auch gut geschlafen. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir auf der sonnigen Terasse und im Garten. Die Aussicht ist wirklich idyllisch, dennoch ist die Wohnung zentral gelegen. Das beste Baguette fürs Frühstück gibts übrigens bei Maitre Julien :-) Ludovic war jederzeit für uns erreichbar (einmal ging uns beim Abendessen kochen das Gas aus, was aber durch seine schnelle Reaktion prompt gelöst werden konnte). Insgesamt haben wir uns in seinem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank, Ludovic!

Appartement conforme à la description , très propre, fonctionnel et une vue magnifique sur le massif des Maures. Merci à Ludovic pour son acceuil chaleureux , sa disponibilité et ses attentions pour notre arrivée ( corbeille de fruits , chocolat , thé, café, eau et plein de gourmandises ) . Vacances très agréables , avec des températures élevées pour mi octobre. St Maxime est une ville magnifique où nous avons l'envie d'y revenir. Superbe logement conforme à sa description
Appartement en tout point conforme à la description, aux photos et aux commentaires précédents. Très bien entretenu et administré par un gestionnaire compétent et flexible, ce logement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et d'un équipement complet. L'accès à l'appartement est assez facile malgré sa situation à flanc de colline et offre un magnifique point de vue. L'environnement est assez calme car éloigné du trafic routier, le parking réservé est aisé à faible distance du logement. La piscine située en bas de la résidence est correcte quoique non chauffée. Merci au gestionnaire pour sa gentillesse et pour ses exigences de qualité dans le maintien impeccable de ce logement.
