In the surroundings that combine charm and authenticity, the property is located at the entrance of a hamlet near Plan de la Tour. Upon arrival, you will be charmed by the swimming pool surrounded by a flowerrish garden and by the villa fully furnished in a delicate blend of ancient and contempory Style.
With a view on the garden, the swimming pool
or far away the country, and fully exposed to the south, the villa enjoyes a great interior brightness. No view to and from any neighbour. The villa is 160m2 large divided in two levels. It includes : a sitting-room and a dining-room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with wc, 3 shower rooms with wc, and one separate wc, 1 sauna.

I am committed to refund the tenant fully:
- if the tenant cannot get to the renting place in accordance with legal provisions, such as containment, seclusion, prohibition of movement, etc...;
- if I must myself renounce renting in accordance with legal provisions, such as health regulations, renting prohibition, etc...

This commitment does not apply to other impediments the tenant might refer to, such as closed restaurants or beaches, personal concern, etc... In these cases, the conditions of the lease, related to the committed funds, apply as appropriate.

the villa is cleaned strictly with all necessary disinfectants, between each tenancy.

Linen can be rented on request.
Tariff of hiring of linen
- Pair of sheets single bed, with pillowcase:8 euros
- Pair of sheets double bed, with pillowcases:12 euros
- HandTowel:5 euros
- Bath towel :6 euros
- Swimming pool towel:8 euros- Glove:1 euro
If the rental of the house is longer than 1 week,the linen can be washed with the same price
