Near Highway 172, the house is located near the tourist village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord. The apartment is on two levels and is perfect to receive 1 to 6 people. Everything has 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed and a fireplace. The gallery provides a view of 360 degrees whose magnificent Saguenay Fjord. The outdoor gazebo is available year round, is furnished and can receive 6 to 10 people.

The apartment is fully furnished and has been recently painted. Travelers have access to the first floor, the basement and the outside gazebo. A work desk is available on each floor.

You have access to 4 hybrid bicycles.

Travelers have access to the entire site for outdoor activities including an outdoor fireplace and a swing. Possible to play cricket and to install nets for badminton, volleybal and soccer (football).

You can park your trailer or RV for the duration of your stay. You have access to water and electricity moderately basic expenses discussed according to duration.
