New hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful in booking our tours. Great location and is walkable to many of the popular sites including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, and the Basilica Cistern. The hotel helped us book a walking tour with a private guide for all these sites as well as a visit to a very prestigious hamam. Was a great experience. Had to take off one star because our AC did not work in the room at night and it was very warm. Also, the wifi was very choppy in the room. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel with great staff and location.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and at home as well as making sure all needs are met. I highly recommend!!
