"It's conveniently located, with only 2-3 miles from the Narita airport. Shinsho-ji is a great nearby place to visit with a temple and lots of shops. Be sure to get there before 5:00. We were there on Sunday late afternoon. Most shops were closed or ready to close. The shuttle to hotel is free but very slow. Only one per 30 minutes, and took about 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. One may want to just spend 2000-3000 yen to ride a taxi to save time. The breakfast at Art hotel is so exceptional. We love it! We did not get to use the onsen. It closes on Mondays. We were arrived on Sunday and were too tried to go there after the long trip. "

"The location for this property cannot be beat, it is right next to a train station and the sky tree with many options for shopping and dining in the area. The room was quite small, but typical for Tokyo for 4 people. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English. "
