"The room was as expected, maybe a slightly smaller but well designed. Even though we had an issue with the bed, the staff were amenable to getting all that sorted quickly. Special of course when the staff was to provide a little gift on the day of my wife’s birthday, which she was really grateful for."

"We checked in and the room smelt of gone off fish. The smell was so strong it was not bearable. We reported this to staff who didnt really believe us so we had a wait for someone to come down and check it out. We then spoke with a manger who upgraded us for 1 of the 2 nights which was great and we really appreciated. Night 2 we had to move and the room we were given was run down and budget but cost a lot. I wish I had have done more research as it was not a great experience. I"
