"We enjoyed a lovely stay in the house with family of all ages. Plenty of bedroom/ bathroom space with a good sized garden and great location. The location is stunning, but need to be aware there are 138 steep steps to get to beaches ( which are fabulous ) and boat to Salcombe! Not a problem with the house but the beach cafe is currently closed and for sale… limiting amount of local places to eat on East Portlemouth side of estuary. Ferry is easy to get to Salcombe And water taxis also...
