Step into this apartment from the grounds and car parking area at Hazeldene, where an allocated off-road parking space awaits. The front door, located just inside the main communal entrance of Hazeldene, leads to a welcoming internal hallway, with a convenient storage area for coats, shoes, and bags.
Bedrooms
The first bedroom features a king-size bed, built in wardrobes and bedside tables. This light and airy room, presented in stylish calm tones, offers stunning coastal views to wake up to and has direct access to the terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. It has the added bonus of an en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom offers flexible accommodation, either as two single beds or as one super king size bed – making it ideal for children or couples. This bedroom is presented in serene tones and features a bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.
All bed linen and towels are included in the rental cost, excluding beach towels.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom is modern and well-presented, comprising of a bath with a shower over, a vanity unit with mirror, a toilet, and a heated towel rail.

Parking
One medium-sized car can be accommodated in the private allocated off-road parking space within the Hazeldene complex. There is also on road parking available on a first come first served basis for any additional cars.

1) Wifi access throughout this apartment
2) No smoking, vaping, candles or BBQ’s are permitted inside, on the terrace or in the grounds
3) Children must be supervised at all times on the terrace due to the low-level railings
4) Children are welcome to play in the communal gardens under adult supervision
5) Access may be challenging for those with mobility issues due to the steps down from the parking area to the main front door
6)Please note there is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises
7) Please note that this holiday home does not accept any pets. However, the owners do bring their own dogs on occasions.
