Located on 3 acres, this captivating cottage with Luxury spa and available RV pad hookup if needed (inquire if needed for extra fee) with ample outdoor living spaces. This cottage is located in a perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle and within a 2-MINUTE DRIVE TO PUBLIC BOAT RAMP at Keowee Town Landing. Devils Fork state park and hiking galore are nearby. Clemson University is a 30-minute drive. Downtown Seneca is a 25-minute drive. Located within 3 minutes of The Cliffs at Keowee Falls South subdivision and a 10-minute drive to Keowee Key subdivision. There are 2 inviting bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed. The King bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a second full bathroom just outside the Queen bedroom with shower/tub combo. Beadboard ceilings, board and batten walls, rustic touches and charming decor make for a blissful experience. With amenities like Amazon Firestick TV's- one in each bedroom and one in the living room, washer and dryer, and plenty of outdoor space, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal.
