"Our second stay in this property and, as before, we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and nicely furnished. The huge private roof terrace with spectacular views is wonderful. A car is required for trips to the coast or supermarket shopping but there are nice walks close by and a lovely local shop/cafe and we had some nice meals in the local restaurant. "

"Great location, I wouldn't say a car is needed at all if mainly planning to enjoy Praia Da Rocha. It's so close to the beach, a short walk down the steps, has a great Italian restaurant below it, and more restaurants, cafe's and the bar 'strip' further up. Our villa had three different levels to view the town including a spiral staircase to the rooftop which was perfect for viewing the star-filled sky as well as gorgeous sunrise over the water. "I really enjoyed my stay. Rueben at reception was very professional and the apartment immaculate. The location is great for walks, beach and the excellent Intermarche supermarket. The blue bus line outside goes at 40 mins past the hour to town and in the other direction the yellow bus goes to Luz. To get to Sagres, go to the bus stop opposite Intermarche. Bring a few coffee filtres for the machine and some washing powder. "
