Property is nice although hallways are not air conditioned. Difficult to book a suite for five people on Expedia, although it states room is available.

My room was plenty big, the AC unit works well. Make sure you get an extra key to keep the AC unit running, it needs a room key to work. Bed mattress was very stiff. Hotel allows people from outside to swim in the pool during the day for a few. If you are a paid guest, good luck enjoying the pool privately.

Me gusto el concepto del hotel, la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo del portero del turno de la noche. El hotel es muy bueno para desansar y pasarla muy tranquilos. Lo que no me gusto, es que en las habitaciones no hay internet, para el caso que quieran hospedarse por cuestiones de trabajo.

increible

me gusto mucho la estancia la atencion la comida y la alberca, solo que corri con mala suerte que la señal de television se habia dañado a causa de un rayo pero de ahi en fuera todo excelente volveria a regresar sin duda alguna a este hotel y lo recomendare a mis demas compañeros que estaran igual llegando a la ciudad por unos dias por cuestiones laborales.

Pésimo servicio de mantenimiento

Es la 3ra ocasión que me hospedó, la 1a vez bien, la 2a ocasión reporte que el deposito del wc excedía y se tiraba el agua, por esa razón cuando me asignaron habitación no había agua en el wc, cada que lo utilizaba tenía que abrir y cerrar la llave de paso de agua al wc y esta 3er ocasión, no había señal de TV, no había agua en wc esta cerrada la llave, la cual cuando la abrí se boto y se inundó la habitación y cuando ingrese a bañarme la regadera estaba tapada, la verdad lo voy a dejar de recomendar y no volveré a llegar ahí.

El servicio en el restaurante pesimo. De hecho el peopietario nos comentó que nos reembolsaria el total que pagamos por la estancia después de tan desagradable día experiencia, que por cierto seguimos esperando.😒 no es la primera vez que nos hospedamos ahi, las anteriores ocasiones la experiencia fue muy diferente

Bonito hotel

Todo muy bien. Esta muy cerca del centro. Lo único que no hubo fue agua caliente Pero de ahí en fuera, todo súper. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

At first i was so happy and amazed Quick check in. Everything was absolutely clean. Like i actually walked around barefoot! Great AC and amazing water pressure. Pool is deep but does not warm water. What i hated was on third floor they have banquet halls. And while i was able to sleep through the music they were SO LOUD when they were cleaning up. Both days i stayed they woke me up. When i called reception no one answered. I go downstairs and lady i find could care less and said they're almost done. So that really pissed me off that no one cared. On last day, There was no water! So overall cute place but beware.
