The only help was at the registration desk, very good restaurant next door and good breakfast place at the corner, if you like to walk you will enjoy, food is good .

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Spain in price vs money relationship, top staff, clean, renewed great location and is one of the best breakfast I have had !

빌바오 hot places와는 조금 떨어져있지만 대중교통 이용 (Metro, 트램) 하기는 매우 편리함. 호텔 내부는 간결하게 그리고 편리하게 잘 구비되어 있음. 주차에 대한 보다 자세한 사전 설명이 필요함. 터미널 빌딩안에 있는 호텔이라서 자동차로 호텔 접근하려면 처음에 당황스러움. 호텔 보유 주차장이 아니라 터미널 빌딩 자체 지하 유료주차장을 이용하는 것임.

If you are a family, reserve another hotel. We reserved a room that said "family room" but in fact the bed was really small, not convenient for a couple. We commented upon this at check out and they said they described the bed on the website. But to be honest, a 5 stars hotel that has a 135 cm bed for couple is not really what is expected for a luxury hotel. Breakfast was 15 euros per kid --even for our 5 years old. So again, not for families.

Great location! Overall the hotel was fine, but I did get stuck on a few minor details. The room didn’t have an iron or enough “closet” space for two people on a three night stay. The shower door was difficult to secure as water seeped out during showers and we had to use the mat more for puddle control. They staff was friendly and accommodating. And we also got a discount for parking in a nearby structure so that was also appreciated.
