Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

Local super agradável, confortável e com estrutura de qualidade. O que falta melhorar é o atendimento referente a restaurante e bar, atendentes dispersos sem muito cuidado com o atendimento e olha que o hotel não estava lotado. Atendimento na recepção foi perfeito! No momento da reserva não é informado que você tem que pagar uma taxa de R$250,00 para você levar seu pet, só é informado e cobrado na chegada ao hotel, o que nos pegou de surpresa!

Vale a pena pela estrutura do lugar. Incrível!
O lugar surpreendeu muito! É tudo incrível em relação a estrutura do lugar. O Resort é maravilhoso! As piscinas são lindas, o espaço tem uma paisagem maravilhosa, natureza e para completar tem o parque anexo que o hóspede pode frequentar e é simplesmente incrível! Agora coisas que poderiam melhorar: Serviço de mensageiro, quando chegamos tinha um mensageiro na porta, nos viu e entrou, simplesmente demonstrou fugir do trabalho, bem desinteressado. Não recebem bem logo na chegada. A recepção é média, poderia melhorar a qualidade no atendimento e na satisfação do cliente. As regras que o hotel criou eles não fazem valer. Não era permitido usar cooler nem caixa de som na área da piscina, mas tinha gente que fazia isso, todos do hotel passavam, olhavam e ninguém fazia nada. Então achei que faltou essa fiscalização. Passei esse feedback ao responsável por aquela área. Nas limpezas do quarto sempre esqueciam algo, toalha, papel higiênico, sabonete, shampoo, ou alguma coisa que tínhamos que pedir depois. Em alguns momentos não tinha água nos chuveiros da piscina nem no banheiro dessa área. Todo mundo tinha que entrar na piscina sujo, pois não havia nem água para lavar os pés para entrar na piscina. O cardápio do restaurante e room service é muito simples e básico. Não tem muita variedade e o room service é até 22h.O café da manhã é simples também, mas tudo muito gostoso! Eu com certeza quero voltar,pois amei muito a estrutura do hotel,mas devo conhecer outros concorrentes por perto.

Ficamos sem energia das 16:30 às 20 horas mais ou menos por causa de um problema do transformador do hotel… foi um transtorno ficar no escuro e sem ar-condicionado… mas ainda bem que conseguiram arrumar. Fiquei descontente porque a única coisa q fizerem foi dar 2 horas a mais na estadia. Foi a primeira vez q fiquei esse hotel, mas provavelmente não volto mais… em salinas tem outras opções que gostamos mais e não falta energia tbm.

O local é muito bom, resort incrível, estrutura muito boa, café da manhã incrível, área de lazer, academia, resort liberado. Só uma observação: na área do banheiro pecou um pouco. O registro do chuveiro da água quente saia na nossa mão (quando a gente tentava utilizar), a área de banho alagava facilmente e molhava as outras partes (tinha que ficar enxugando sempre), descarga do vaso insuficiente (parecia que não tinha pressão).

Nossa segunda vez no Aqualand, e, mais uma vez, nossa experiência com a parte de alimentação foi muito ruim. Café da manhã muito fraco. Almoço e jantar com pouquíssimas opções. Para quem não tem acesso ao parque, restam apenas duas piscinas sem nenhum tipo de recreação para as crianças. Para quem acessa o parque aquático, melhora um pouco mais a experiência para as crianças.

Foi uma experiência muito boa e com certeza retornaremos. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia ter algumas opções para celíacos. O apartamento é bem equipado, possuindo uma TV, sofá, ar-condicionado, além de uma mesa com quatro cadeiras. A varanda tem uma vista para o parque aquático e para um pedaço de Salinas. O quarto tem uma cama muito confortável, uma TV, ar-condicionado, e uma cortina(blackout) excelente, que consegue deixar o quarto bem escuro. A cozinha possui uma pia, frigobar, um micro-ondas, além de copos e talheres. Não vi pratos e nem detergente e esponja para lavar as louças. Não utilizamos o parque aquático, por isso, não consigo dar uma opinião. A limpeza foi um ponto alto. No geral, os vendedores foram bem educados. Sugestões de melhorias: - Inclusão de opções para celíacos no café da manhã. - Deixar duas opções de travesseiros mais rígidos e outros dois mais moles. - Que os vendedores sejam gentis e educados, além de não ficarem insistindo, caso o cliente não tenha interesse no produto.

Estrutura boa, mas precisa melhorar
Hotel novo, porém com problemas que incomodaram. Ao chegar no hotel não encontraram nossa reserva no sistema, mas foi resolvido posteriormente, atrasando nossa estadia. Porém, foi dado check out até às 14h, o que nos atendeu. Ao chegar no quarto, estava sem toalha, shampoo, sabonete, edredom e sem fronha nos travesseiros. Trouxeram perto das 22h, sendo que ingressamos por volta das 18h. Tudo estava entupido: ralo do banheiro, ralo das pias e vaso sanitário. Parece que a parte de esgoto era mal dimensionado, pois em conversa com vários hóspedes, vários relataram o ocorrido. Outro ponto negativo: apenas 2 elevadores, o que deixa o tempo de espera bem alto. Além disso, ambos os elevadores não são sincronizados. Café da manhã é ok, mas poderia melhorar. A estrutura de piscina é boa pra criança pequena. Meu filho ficou bem à vontade, pois a piscina infantil tem profundidade máximo de 80cm. Boa brinquedoteca, salão de jogos, inclusive com video games de última geração (ps5 e xbox series s).
