I liked the lobby and surrounding area of the hotel. The rooms need some upgrades and the sofa bed was terrible. I was also given a room with electrical problems. They offered to give me a lower category room and offered free breakfast. I did not want breakfast from hotel so I asked for the price difference and front desk said they could not do that. I told them they can give me a lower category room and expect me to pay the same as my reserved room. Finally after an hour or so they said they would clean a room that was available same as what I booked.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable and the location is walking distance to major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Only eyesore and source of inconvenience is the ongoing construction of the subway in front of the property which isn't their fault. Had a wonderful and restful stay.

Tocq Hotel was a perfect choice for our trip to Milan!!!!!

Was everything we expected. Convenient for trains and sight seeing in Milan.

Very cool place to stay, the hotel entrance is very nice, spacious and also is drive able inside.
