"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. Located near enough to the events but far enough to give us some breathing room from the family. The cottage we clean and more importantly, warm on the damp country days and nights. The owner was accommodating because we had an early arrival from the US and when we suddenly found ourselves with an EV that needed charging. All in all a perfect place for a country getaway "

"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"
