It takes 7 minutes by car (2,5 kms distance) to the beach and the palm tree promenade in the center of Salou. Even closer are the Port Aventura, the Ferrari Land, Aquapolis and Aquum Spa. The villa has a spacious living room about 55m2 and 4 large bedrooms between 16-25m2, a large garden with patio furniture and deck chairs, barbecue and beautiful trees. The villa is surrounded by an organic farm consisting of fruit trees (apricots, oranges, lemons, tangerines, figs, persimmons, pomegranates, pears, apples, quinces, etc.), olive trees and a pine forest. The fruits on the trees can be consumed by the guests. The property is 5 hectares in size and completely fenced.
The house and property are powered by solar energy.
There is the possibility to ride on the proparty, since horses and a pony are situated on the farm.  Arriving by car is recommended. The living room has a piano. Wifi is included. There is also a washing machine and a tumbler.
Intermediate cleaning is possible and costs 12.-€ per hour.
The house it not suited for youth groups as it is a luxury holiday home.
