It's assuring walking around and seeing some type of staff at all times. Pool and hot tubs were too crowded so we didn't get to enjoy that amenity. Who ever was in the room prior to us had an animal in there. I don't have very sensitive allergies. It was bad enough that I had a hard time breathing and sleeping through the night because of the animal dander and fur in the room. I thought spending a decent amount on a room would have been a great idea. That way I would have a clean room, but I'm probably just going to stick with Holiday Inn from now on. Knowing they hold their standards.

Stayed in the garden rooms. Pros: good value, room large, down comforter and pillows were nice and comfortable. Pool area overall nice. Access to Trax easy. Cons: internet very irregular and I also had poor cell service in my room so I was constantly with erratic service, room hvac not very adjustable. The hotel is either on heat or AC. While there in Feb there was a freak warm streak and our room was hot. Despite turning the heat off we still had to open the sliding door to be comfortable. Hot water at times not all that hot. Big lines in morning for to go coffee which was kind of annoying. It’d be nice to offer guests free plain coffee at least, aside from the bad in room coffee.
